has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 17, after “whether” insert “clear and convincing evidence exists that”.

    2. On page 2, line 18 after the period insert “For the purposes of this section, a court need not determine that a respondent was convicted of criminal sexual penetration.”

    3. On page 9, line 22, strike “and” and insert in lieu thereof “or”.
