HOUSE BILL 428

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, strike lines 19 and 20 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "Chapter 4, Article 44 NMSA 1978,".

     2. On page 2, line 7, strike "and".

     3. On page 2, line 8, strike the period and the ending quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

     4. On page 2, between lines 8 and 9, insert:

                "(4) a county assessor."".
