AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO FOR STATEWIDE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY TRAINING, CONSULTATION SERVICES AND SOFTWARE UPGRADES AT THE STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two million dollars ($2,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2016 and subsequent fiscal years to fund the cost of statewide information technology training, consultation services and software upgrades relating to business management software products at the state educational institutions. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
