has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

 FOR HOUSE BILL 486

DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, lines 16 and 17, strike “shall not be held liable for civil damages as a result of” and insert in lieu thereof “is presumed to be acting in good faith under New Mexico law and shall be immune from civil or criminal liability absent on affirmative showing of bad faith or of malicious purpose in”.,

and thence referred to the SAFETY AND CIVIL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
