thereof "2023".

         2. On page 5, line 6, strike "consumer" and insert in lieu thereof "resident".

         3. On page 5, line 7, after "dealer", insert "located in New Mexico".

         4. On page 5, line 23, strike "2021" and insert in lieu thereof "2023".

         5. On page 9, line 23, strike "2021" and insert in lieu thereof "2023".

         6. On page 14, line 5, strike "thirty dollars ($30.00)" and insert in lieu thereof "fifty dollars ($50.00)".

         7. On page 22, line 14, strike "2014" and insert in lieu thereof "2017".

         8. On page 22, line 16, strike "2016" and insert in lieu thereof "2017".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
