AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY FOR THE ARROWHEAD CENTER TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP THROUGHOUT NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2016 and subsequent fiscal years to support the Arrowhead center for business development in economic development and promotion of entrepreneurship throughout New Mexico. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
