has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 17, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    2. On page 2, line 19, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    3. On page 2, lines 20 through 24, strike Paragraph (4) in its entirety.

    4. On page 3, lines 22 and 23, remove the brackets and line through "conduct a national" and strike "update the".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
