SENATE BILL 120

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "THE" and insert in lieu thereof "CERTAIN".

    2. On page 1, line 19, after "A.", strike the remainder of the line.

    3. On page 1, strike line 20 up to the comma and insert in lieu thereof "Except as otherwise provided in the Criminal Offender Employment Act".

    4. On pages 2 through 4, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

    5. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
