    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 132

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 12, after "accountant", insert: ", unless it did not use a professional fundraiser. A charitable organization that did not use a professional fundraiser during the relevant fiscal year and that received total revenue of eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000) or more but less than one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) shall be reviewed or audited by an independent certified accountant. A charitable organization that did not use a professional fundraiser during the relevant fiscal year and received total revenue of one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) or more shall be audited by an independent certified public accountant.".

    2. On page 3, line 12, after "Audits", insert "and reviews".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
