SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE BILL 145

Amendment sponsored by Senator Bill B. O'Neill

    1. On page 3, line 7, strike "or" and between lines 7 and 8, insert the following new subsections:

         "D. in a safety-sensitive position for which a background check is conducted pursuant to the State Personnel Act;

         E. in a law enforcement agency; or".

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.
