SENATE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 180

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 13 through 15, strike "; ESTABLISHING CRIMES RELATING TO THE POSSESSION, MANUFACTURE AND USE OF, OR THREAT TO USE, A WEAPON OF MASS DESTRUCTION; PROVIDING PENALTIES" and insert in lieu thereof "AND TO REFER TO WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION".

    2. On pages 5 and 6, strike Section 5 in its entirety.

    3. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
