has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "APPROPRIATIONS" and insert in lieu thereof "AN APPROPRIATION".

    2. On page 1, line 12, strike "EQUIPMENT AND".

    3. On page 1, line 16, strike "APPROPRIATIONS" and insert in lieu thereof "APPROPRIATION".

    4. On page 1, line 17, strike the subsection designation "A.".

    5. On page 1, line 19, after "health", insert "for expenditure" and after "2016", strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "and subsequent fiscal years".

    6. On page 1, line 20, strike "mammography equipment,".

    7. On page 1, line 22, after "program", insert "or whose income does not exceed three hundred percent of the federal poverty level".

    8. On page 2, lines 3 through 13, strike Subsection B in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
