AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION TO PROVIDE UNDERSERVED YOUTH AND THEIR FOSTER FAMILIES IN ALBUQUERQUE ACCESS TO MUSIC.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Forty-eight thousand dollars ($48,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2016 to provide underserved youth and their foster families access to live music through concerts and music education programs in Albuquerque. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2016 shall revert to the general fund.
