has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 16, strike the second comma.

    2. On page 5, strike line 17 through the comma.

    3. On page 8, line 23, strike "supplements and".

    4. On page 9, line 1, after the period, insert "Public notices, opportunities for public comments and opportunities to request a hearing in connection with an environmental response project shall identify whether an environmental covenant is proposed.".

    5. On page 9, lines 2 through 9, strike Subsection C in its entirety.

    6. On page 14, lines 4 and 5, strike "or the department of environment".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
