    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 483

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 19, after the semicolon, insert "in addition, the secretary of Indian affairs shall consult with tribes and pueblos of the state to select a commission member from a pueblo and a commission member from a tribe;".

    2. On page 2, between lines 21 and 22, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(11) the chair of the acequia commission or the chair's designee;".

    3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

    4. On page 3, between lines 11 and 12, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(1) the feasibility of the state's management of federal lands for watershed restoration;".

    5. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.,

and thence referred to the CONSERVATION COMMITTEE.
