AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE HUMAN SERVICES DEPARTMENT TO CONTRACT FOR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the human services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2016 to contract for behavioral health services in McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2016 shall revert to the general fund.
