SENATE BILL 622

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 20 and 21, strike "and notwithstanding any provisions of Section 66-7-413 NMSA 1978 to the contrary".

    2. On page 3, line 24, after "a", insert "reasonable" and after "fee", strike the remainder of the line and on line 25, strike "($270)".
