Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred
SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 669
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 7, line 22, strike "review" and insert in lieu thereof "approval".
2. On page 8, line 7, strike "review" and insert in lieu thereof "approval".
3. On page 8, between lines 14 and 15, insert the following new subsection:
"G. On or before September 1 of each year beginning in 2016, the secretary shall report to the state board of finance and the legislative finance committee the total recoverable amount waived pursuant to Subparagraph (b) of Paragraph (2) and Paragraph (3) of Subsection E of this section for each municipality and county in the prior fiscal year.".
4. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
5. On page 10, line 9, strike "G" and insert in lieu thereof "H".
6. On page 11, line 19, strike "years" and insert in lieu thereof "twelve-month periods".
