has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 3, line 9, after "include", insert "representatives from the math and science advisory council,".

     2. On page 3, line 17, after the first occurrence of "department", insert ", in cooperation with the math and science advisory council", before "higher", insert "the" and after the second occurrence of "department", insert a comma.

     3. On page 4, line 5, strike the comma and insert "and".

     4. On page 4, line 6, after the first occurrence of "department", insert ", in cooperation with the math and science advisory council" and after the second occurrence of "department", insert a comma.

     5. On page 4, line 13, after the second comma, strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 14 and strike line 15 through "council" and insert in lieu thereof" the math and science advisory council".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
