    1. Strike House Judiciary Committee Amendments 1 and 2.

    2. On page 1, line 13, after "OFFICER", insert "OR A FIREFIGHTER OR EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES".

    3. On page 2, line 12, strike each comma and insert in lieu thereof semicolons.

    4. On page 2, line 13, strike both commas and insert in lieu thereof semicolons.

    5. On page 2, line 14, after "officer", strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof: "; status as a firefighter or emergency medical technician when the person is on duty as a firefighter or emergency medical technician;".

    6. On page 2, line 14, after the first occurrence of "gender", strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon and after "orientation", insert a semicolon.
