    Your RULES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE HEALTH COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 102

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 4, after "licensing act", strike "and rules adopted pursuant to that act".

    2. On page 4, lines 11 and 12, strike Subparagraph (b) in its entirety.

    3. Reletter the succeeding subparagraphs accordingly.

    4. On page 4, strike lines 15 through 20 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following:

                  "(c) the adequacy of training of those whose scope of practice would be changed by the proposal; and

             (5) summarize its analysis of the potential benefits and risks of the proposed change in statutory scope of practice in a report and deliver the report to those standing committees to which legislation regarding the proposal is referred.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
