HOUSE BILL 166

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 4, line 1, strike “for” and insert in lieu thereof “at least”.

     2. On page 5, strike lines 14, 15, and 16, in their entirety.

     3. Renumber succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     4. On pages 6 and 7, strike Section 4 in its entirety.

    5. Renumber succeeding sections accordingly.

     6. On page 18, line 17, strike “real estate commission

fund”, and insert in lieu thereof “home inspectors licensing board fund”.,

and thence referred to the REGULATORY AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
