    1. On page 9, line 12, strike "and".

    2. On page 9, line 17, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and", and between lines 17 and 18, insert the following paragraph:

             "(17) govern the manner and procedures by which all hearings conducted pursuant to the Geothermal Resources Development Act shall be held.".
