has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 11 and 12, strike "DEFINING ACCEPTABLE USE OF CAMPAIGN FUNDS FOR "EXPENDITURES OF THE CAMPAIGN" AND".

     2. Strike pages 3 through 5 in their entirety, and on page 6, strike lines 1 through 5 in their entirety.

     3. Renumber the succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     4. On page 6, line 18, strike "candidate or".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
