AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO TO FUND THE OPERATION OF THE STATEWIDE HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS REGISTRY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million three hundred fifty-three thousand three hundred fifty-two dollars ($1,353,352) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2017 to fund the operation of the statewide human papillomavirus registry. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2017 shall revert to the general fund.
