    1. On page 1, line 14, strike "MAKING AN APPROPRIATION;".

    2. On page 1, line 25, strike "sixth through" and insert in lieu thereof "seventh and".

    3. On page 2, line 3, strike "The department" and insert in lieu thereof "A school district".

    4. On page 2, line 6, strike "sixth through" and insert in lieu thereof "seventh and".

    5. On page 2, line 17, after "school", insert "district".

    6. On pages 3 and 4, strike Section 3 in its entirety.

    7. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
