SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

FOR SENATE BILL 122

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 17, lines 14 and 15, strike "eleven million four hundred thousand dollars ($11,400,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "three million four hundred thousand dollars ($3,400,000)".

     2. On page 29, between lines 19 and 20, insert the following new subparagraph:

                     "(d) eight million dollars ($8,000,000) to plan, design, construct, renovate, furnish and equip a health science center west education building, including classrooms, laboratories and faculty space, at the university of New Mexico health sciences campus in Rio Rancho in Sandoval county;".

     3. On page 31, lines 23 and 24, strike "twenty-four million five hundred thousand dollars ($24,500,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen million four hundred forty thousand dollars ($15,440,000)".

     4. On page 32, lines 24 and 25, strike "one hundred thirty-four million three hundred fifty thousand dollars ($134,350,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred forty-two million three hundred fifty-six thousand dollars ($142,356,000)".

     5. Reletter the succeeding subparagraphs accordingly.
