has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 11, line 16, after the comma, insert "beginning in a taxable year that begins on or after January 1, 2017,".
2. On page 15, line 2, after the semicolon, insert "and".
3. On page 15, strike line 3 in its entirety.
4. Reletter the succeeding subparagraph accordingly.
5. On page 17, line 3, after "after", insert "notice and".
6. On page 17, lines 8 through 18, strike Subsection B in its entirety.
7. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
8. On page 17, lines 20 and 21, strike "pursuant to Paragraph (1) or (2) of Subsection B of this section".
9. On page 17, line 22, after "period", strike "in which the report remains unfiled or the full fee unpaid" and insert in lieu thereof "after notice and demand have been made".
10. On page 17, line 25, strike "pursuant to Paragraph (3) of Subsection B of this section".
11. On page 18, line 4, strike "the tax was due" and insert in lieu thereof "notice and demand have been made".
12. On page 18, line 8, strike "the tax was due" and insert in lieu thereof "notice and demand have been made".
13. On page 18, line 13, strike "the tax was due" and insert in lieu thereof "notice and demand have been made".,
and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
