AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS AND PROGRAM AND INSTRUCTIONAL SUPPORT FOR THE BACHELOR'S AND MASTER'S DEGREE NURSING PROGRAMS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2017 to provide scholarships and program and instructional support for the bachelor's and master's degree nursing programs. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2017 shall revert to the general fund.
