has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

         1. On page 1, line 12, strike "PUBLIC SERVICES TO THE INHABITANTS OF" and insert in lieu thereof "FUNDING FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENTS TO".

    2. On page 1, line 19, strike "public services to the inhabitants of" and insert in lieu thereof "funding for road improvements to".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
