SENATE BILL 270

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, line 7, strike "Unless prohibited" and insert in lieu thereof "If authorized".

     2. On page 2, line 8, after "authority", insert "or the state transportation commission".

     3. On page 2, line 10, after "highway", strike the remainder of the line and on line 11, strike "hour" and insert in lieu thereof "owned and controlled by the authorizing entity".

     4. On page 3, line 1, after "authority", insert "or state transportation commission".
