    2. On page 2, line 1, strike "thousand".

    3. On page 2, lines 17 and 18, strike "the Albuquerque-Bernalillo county water utility authority and the cities of Las Cruces, Rio Rancho and Santa Fe" and insert in lieu thereof "all cities participating in the New Mexico municipal league".

    4. On page 2, line 24, after the first occurrence of "the", insert "office of the".

    5. On page 2, line 24 through page 3, line 1, strike ", the Albuquerque-Bernalillo county water utility authority and the city managers of the cities of Las Cruces, Rio Rancho and Santa Fe" and insert in lieu thereof "and the New Mexico municipal league".
