    1. On page 1, line 22, strike "seventy-nine thousand dollars ($79,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "one hundred seventy-three thousand dollars ($173,000)".

    2. On page 2, lines 6 and 7, strike "twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty-eight thousand dollars ($38,000)".
