    Your STATE GOVERNMENT, INDIAN AND VETERANS' AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 10

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE STATE GOVERNMENT, INDIAN AND VETERANS' AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 10

DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 8, line 5, after “not”, insert “while serving, nor in the four years prior to appointing”.

     2. On page 21, line 24, after “the”, insert “board found, with concurrence of at least eight board members, that the”., 

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
