HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number 1 to   HOUSE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 75

Amendment sponsored by Representative James E. Smith

    1. On page 4, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following new subsection:

         "H. The provisions of this section do not apply to any school located within a county juvenile detention center or a state-operated juvenile facility.".

    2. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.

    3. On page 2, line 18, strike "breath" and insert in lieu thereof "breathe".
