    Your STATE GOVERNMENT, INDIAN AND VETERANS' AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 91

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, strike "AN".

     2. On page 1, line 12, strike "APPROPRIATION", and insert in lieu thereof "APPROPRIATIONS".

     3. On page 1, line 22, strike "APPROPRIATION", and insert in lieu thereof "APPROPRIATIONS".

     4. On page 1, line 22, before "Two", insert the subsection designation "A.".

     5. On page 2, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following new subsection:

          "B. Two hundred thirty thousand dollars ($230,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of public safety for expenditure in fiscal years 2017 and 2018 for the extension of hours of commercial operation at the Santa Teresa port of entry. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2018 shall revert to the general fund.".,

and thence referred to the LABOR AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE.
