1. On page 2, line 9, after the semicolon, insert "and".

     2. On page 2, line 16, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

     3. On page 2, lines 17 through 23, strike Paragraph (4) in its entirety.

     4. On page 3, line 25, strike "any edition of".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
