HOUSE BILL 453, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 11, between lines 13 and 14, insert:

         "D. An elementary physical education program that receives state financial support".

    2. On page 11, lines 14 through 19, remove the line-through and end bracket and strike "D.".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
