SENATE FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

FOR SENATE BILL 114

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, after "CREDITS", insert "AGAINST".

     2. On page 3, lines 3 through 5, strike "in the amount of forty-nine million three hundred sixty-eight thousand seven hundred thirty-two dollars ($49,368,732)".

     3. On page 3, line 10, strike "toward" and insert in lieu thereof "against".

     4. On page 3, line 14, after "to", insert "the result of".

     5. On page 3, line 14, after "following", insert:

"calculation, but in an amount not to exceed the school district's or charter school's audited, year-end fiscal year 2016 operational fund cash balance".
