SENATE CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 155,as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 9, strike "court" and insert in lieu thereof "workers' compensation judge".

     2. On page 3, line 17, strike "court at its" and insert in lieu thereof "workers' compensation judge at the judge's".

     3. On page 3, line 19, after "employer", insert ", to be paid to the worker".

     4. On page 3, line 25, strike "court" and insert in lieu thereof "workers' compensation judge".

     5. On page 5, line 18, strike "court" and insert in lieu thereof "workers' compensation judge".

     6. On page 5, line 25, strike "court at its" and insert in lieu thereof "workers' compensation judge at the judge's".

     7. On page 6, line 2, after "employer", insert ", to be paid to the worker".

     8. On page 6, line 10, strike "court" and insert in lieu thereof "workers' compensation judge".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
