    1. On page 1, line 25, strike "with the advice and consent of the senate and".

    2. On page 2, lines 12 and 13, strike "with the advice and consent of the senate and".

    3. On page 2, line 17, strike "one representative" and insert in lieu thereof "two representatives".

    4. On page 2, line 17, strike "an", and on line 18, strike "district" and insert in lieu thereof "districts".

    5. On page 2, line 22, after the semicolon, insert "and".

    6. On page 2, line 24, after "resources", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 25 through "technology".

    7. On page 3, line 3, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    8. On page 3, strike lines 4 and 5 in their entirety.

    9. On page 4, line 18, after "shall", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 19 and on line 20, strike "senate," and insert in lieu thereof "take office immediately, serve the remainder of the year and serve".
