SENATE BILL 173, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, lines 17 and 18, strike Paragraph (2) in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following new paragraph:

             "(2) the tribal liaison at the department of health; and".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
