    Your CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 179

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 15, after "COVERAGE", insert "; PROVIDING FOR DELAYED REPEAL".

    2. On page 32, after line 9, insert the following new section:

    "SECTION 7. DELAYED REPEAL.--Sections 1 through 6 of this act are repealed effective July 1, 2021." and thence referred to the Finance Committee.
