SENATE BILL 202, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 22, line 18, remove the brackets and line-through and after "Act", insert a comma.

    2. On page 23, lines 16 and 17, remove the brackets and the line through "the Forfeiture Act".

    3. On page 23, line 17, before "local", insert ", applicable", after "local", strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "or" and

after "state", insert "laws".
