SENATE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 219, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 12, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following new section: 

          "SECTION 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is July 1, 2020.",

and thence referred to the EDUCATION COMMITTEE.
