    1. On page 2, line 5, strike "year" and insert in lieu thereof "years" and after 2018, insert "through 2020".

    2. On page 2, line 10, strike "2018" and insert in lieu thereof "2020".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
