has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 19, strike the subsection designation "A.".

    2. On page 1, line 20, strike "rules that" and insert in lieu thereof ", train appropriate persons on and disseminate rules that expressly".

    3. On page 1, line 24, strike the subsection designation "B." and the colon.

    4. On page 1, line 25, strike the paragraph designation "(1)" and strike the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    5. Strike page 2 in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
