SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 478

Amendment sponsored by Senator George K. Munoz

    1. On page 3, line 12, strike "twelve" and insert in lieu thereof "thirteen".

    2. On page 4, line 1, strike "and".

    3. On page 4, between lines 1 and 2, insert the following new paragraph:

             "(5) the executive director of the spaceport authority or the executive director's designee; and".

    4. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

    5. On page 6, line 16, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma and after "laboratory", insert "or the spaceport authority".
