AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH FOR A SURVEY OF THE CEMETERY AT THE LOS LUNAS MEDICAL CENTER.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four thousand dollars ($4,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2019 to create a survey of the fenced cemetery at the Los Lunas medical center in preparation for potential transfer of the cemetery to another entity. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2019 shall revert to the general fund.
