AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE CRIME VICTIMS REPARATION COMMISSION TO STUDY NEEDS RELATED TO SHELTERING VICTIMS OF HUMAN TRAFFICKING.

 

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the crime victims reparation commission for expenditure in fiscal year 2019 to study needs related to sheltering victims of human trafficking. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2019 shall revert to the general fund.
